CRAFTER KIDS
CREPE PAPER LANTERNS
In this workshop, Liz will teach you how to cut crepe paper strips to create delicate and airy petals. After the petals have been cut and shaped, she demonstrates how to softly add each petal to one of the paper lanterns to create a whimsical and floral piece of art. When the lantern is complete, Liz adds the finishing touches—battery-operated paper lantern lights and a string for hanging. Finally, Liz shows crafters how to create crepe paper ruffles, another design element that instantly upgrades any basic paper lantern from fair to fantastic.
Friends & Siblings Kit
Create two additional crepe paper lanterns for yourself or purchase material kits for siblings or friends. The materials kit features all the tools and materials included in the original workshop.
