- Recommended leather weight for this project is 5oz to 6oz = 2mm to 2.4mm.
- 2 feet of leather is needed for this project + crossbody strap. (The average length of an adjustable crossbody strap is 150 centimeters = 60 inches)
- 2 D rings of 1in = 25mm
- 2 sets of rapid rivets of 3/8in = 10mm to hold the buckle.
- 2 sets of rapid rivets of 1/2in = 12mm to hold the strap for the buckle.
- 2 Swivel snaps of your choice depending on the width of the shoulder strap you are going to make. The photo shows a strap of 1 1/4in = 32mm
- 4 sets of collar buttons
- 3 belt staples (thread can be used instead) This is to hold the keeper for the shoulder strap.
- 1 buckle of 30mm preferred, 32mm shouldn’t be a problem = 1 1/4in
