Pin Loom Weaving 2.0 Workshop is designed to be taken after completing the first Pin Loom Weaving Workshop. The pin loom is included in the 1.0 kit and NOT included in the 2.0 kit; it will be required to complete both workshops.

Welcome to our advanced techniques workshop building on the skills taught in Amanda Whited’s introduction to Pin Loom Weaving Workshop. In this workshop, we are exploring advanced weaving techniques to create new styles and shapes on both the Crafter small and large pin loom boards. Each shape created on a pin loom is called a ‘weavie’ and we have a selection of fun, beautiful patterns to share. The pin loom may be small, but its creative potential is vast, and we're excited to show you just how much more you can do with it.
In our introductory workshop, we covered the basics of pin loom weaving, including how to create bias-woven squares and triangles. Now, we're taking things further with innovative methods, new patterns, and creative ways to experiment with different yarn types.
- This class introduces three exciting new shapes: hexagons, rectangles, and petals.
- We’re exploring brand new patterns including: Nordic Star, Diamond, Twill, Moroccan Tile, Four & Five Bite Coaster, and Kringle Trivet.
- We’re introducing how to use rope to craft beautiful and functional coasters and trivets, perfect for adding a handmade touch to your home or gifting to someone special (coasters can be made on our small Crafter loom and coasters + trivets on the large size).

Hexagon Pin Loom Kit

A selection of Lana wool-blend, single-ply yarns to create a project made of hexagon Weavies. Hex shapes can be woven on a small or large pin loom and seamed into a variety of projects.
Small Pin Loom

Our small pin loom is 4.5x4.5” in size and includes 60 steel pins. It's an ideal pocket-sized travel loom ready for all sorts of wonderful making.
Large Pin Loom

Our large pin loom is 7.8 x 7.8” and includes 100 custom pins. Accomplish larger Weave shapes including Amanda's rope trivet pattern.
Rope Coaster & Trivet

Cotton rope + carefully placed pins create custom rope coasters and pot trivets. This add-on creates 6 more coasters or 3 more trivets.
