Handmade Notebook

This materials kit offers additional hand sewn custom notebooks from our leather craftsmanship workshop with Julie Ellis.

Just like our custom sketchbooks, each notebook is made one at a time from high quality paper: our sketchbook features an alternating #140 watercolor paper and 135gsm mixed media paper, our notebook is made up of mixed media paper only.

Beth Solar, a small business owner in Hollywood, Florida, specializes in hand making custom sketchbooks for those that seek to combine different types of paper to explore different mediums! We’ve partnered with her to design a cold pressed watercolor paper + mixed media paper sketchbook. Her process includes aligning, trimming and then hand sewing each book individually. Each includes a kraft paper cover. Multiple sketchbooks can be added to journal-style case so that your sketchbook collection can grow over time.

This materials kit includes:

• extra custom notebook(s) with 135gsm mixed media paper. A5 in size, 40 pages each.
